The Southern Regional Council has organised an information meeting with philharmonic band clubs in the region. Our managers gave a presentation of their role and on the functions of the Regional Council. The Southern Region President has offered professional assistance to these voluntary organisations through its managerial officers to enable them to explore and take advantage of new opportunities.
